He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Lewis Hoffman and Mary Elizabeth Wheeler Hoffman; his wife Irene; and his brothers, Jerry Hoffman and Richard Hoffman.
He is survived by : his daughters, Tami Busman (Stuart) and Tina Atz (Thomas); his grandchildren, Lauren Busman, Lindsay Busman, Thomas Atz (Kaitlyn), Morgan Caudle (Cameron) and Kristy Atz (Nick Perovich); his sister Eileen Molinet; and his close friend Delores Edwards.
