She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Godfrey and Helen Godfrey; and her siblings, Judy Garraty and Arthur Godfrey. She is survived by: her husband Bob Shipferling; her children, Lauren Efird (Garnald), Melanie Boyd (Chris) and Christopher Shipferling (Mandy); and her brother Charles Godfrey (Lynn). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and spouses.
Flowers will be donated to a Christian Ministry, and Monetary donations may be made to Idlewild Baptist Church, Benevolence fund in her honor.
