She is survived by: her husband Wayne Foulks of Wayne's Carpet Cleaning; her son Lane Foulks (Amy); her grandchildren, Alex, Ward and Lillian; her daughter Allison Levinsky (Chris Levinsky); her granddaughter Nadya; her daughter-in-law Jackie Foulks; and her siblings, Peggy Brooks, Wayne Curtis and Paul Curtis (Kathy Curtis). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
