She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Lisak and Maria Lisak; and her siblings, Horacio, Esteban and Mirtha.
She is survived by: her husband Adam Jurpik; her daughter Mirta (Doug); and her grandsons, Adam and Bogdan. She is also survived by seven brothers and their dear children—her many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Elsa's lifelong generosity, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Special Olympics or the Down Syndrome Association in lieu of flowers.
