With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Kent Booher (Matthews, North Carolina), born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on September 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arthur Booher and Blanche Stophel Booher; his daughter Karen Booher Wilson; and his brothers, William "Billy" Arthur Booher, Jr., Lloyd "Cotton" Max Booher, Lawrence "Pete" Evans Booher, Claude Lynn Booher and Theodore "Ted" Ryal Booher.

He is survived by : his sisters, Barbara Jane Booher Whitson, Lois Booher Usher and Reta Booher Dowell; his wife Clara Castle Booher; his daughter Susan Booher Calloway; his son-in-law David Ricky Calloway; his grandson David Shane Calloway; and his siblings, Counce Clay Booher and Eloise Booher Bentley.
