We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 82, Herbert Anderson Turner (Matthews, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Herbert Anderson Turner to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret S. Turner and Herbert L. Turner. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Kathy and Kevin; his stepdaughter Erin (Tim); his siblings, Al (Nancy), Jane and Brad (Connie); and his grandchildren, Cameron (Gabrielle), Haley and Avery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Lutheran Church (12509 Idlewild Rd, Matthews, NC 28105). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to the music ministry of Morning Star Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice.
