He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Elizabeth Mitchum and James McKiever Moore. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moore of Charlotte; his sons, James T. Moore, Jr. of Charlotte, Michael A. Moore of Charlotte and William David Moore of Matthews; and his brother Gerald Moore of Charlotte. He is also survived by 5 grandsons; 3 grandaughters; 4 great grandaughters; 5 great grandsons.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Charlotte Memorial Gardens (7632 Hood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215).
