He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harris and Virginia Harris of Mooresville, NC.; his wife Carolyn Lowry; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Harris (Reba) of Matthews and Angela Hobbs (Chuck) of Winston-Salem; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Harris of Charlotte, Melissa Hibbard (Joel) of Seward, Nebraska and Matt Hobbs (Mary Ann) of Raleigh. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at 733 Pavilion View Dr, Matthews, NC 28105.
