He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis Daly and Grace Johnson Daly. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Haigler-Daly; his son Patrick Garriott Daly of Concord; his stepchildren, Alicia Haigler Smith (Jay) of Wilmington, NC and Aaron Lane Haigler (Tonya) of Rocky Mount, VA.; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Tavia Smith of Wilmington, Ashlynn, Aimslee and Tipton Haigler of Rocky Mount.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Luke Catholic Church (9800 Fairview Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227). A reception will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Daly Residence.
In lieu of flowers or other gestures, the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte or the "Forward With Christ" campaign at St. Luke's Catholic Church.
