We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2021, at the age of 73, Linda Jean Lynch in Matthews, North Carolina, born in Mattydale, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Root and Mary Root; her former husbands, Joseph Mooney and John Lynch (Jack); her close friends, Stan and Janet Mauney; her children, Timothy Mooney, Terrence Mooney (Terry) and Meghan Graham; her children-in-law, Iku Mooney, Reeley Duncan and William Graham; her grandchildren, Joey and Brian Mooney; her pet Otis Graham; and her brothers, James Michael (Chris Root) and Gregory J. (Lynn Root).
