She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy Van Price; and her parents, William McClellan and Dorothy McClellan. She is survived by: her daughter Kristin; her son-in-law Jason; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Brayden Witte; and her sisters, Dottie Hutchins, Patricia Langdon and Betsy Streyle.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services - Weddington Chapel (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Matthews, NC 28104). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Union County or Carolina Waterfowl Rescue, two causes close to her heart.
