It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Sue Ayers Tabor of Matthews, North Carolina, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ayers and Nancy Jean Ayers; and her husband Ernie Tabor. She is survived by: her children, Heather English of Hartsville, SC, Nicole Wallace (Derick) of Monroe, NC, Jeremiah Tabor of Ashboro, NC and Christopher Tabor of Hartsville, SC; her grandchildren, Trevor Wallace of Monroe, NC, Alexander Tabor of Ashboro, NC, Lynnsey Tabor of Dayton, TN, Richard Wallace of Monroe, NC, Izzy Tabor of Ashboro, NC, Austin Proctor of Ashboro, TN and Lexie Stinnett of Randleman, NC; her brothers, Wayne Ayers of Charlotte, NC and Douglas Ayers of Wesley Chapel, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Ayers of Charlotte, NC and Chris Ayers of Wesley Chapel, NC.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, extended family, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home - Indian Trail Chapel (4431 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
