With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Joseph Malarkey of Matthews, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Raymond may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Raymond touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Malarkey and John Malarkey; and his son Raymond Malarkey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Malarkey; his sister Marion Warren; his daughter Barbara Clarizio; and his granddaughter Anabella Clarizio. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
