We are sad to announce that, on December 18, 2025, at the age of 72, Sheila Kay Reid (Matthews, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton McAlister and Ruby Seay McAlister; her husband Mike Reid; her daughter Elizabeth Reid; and her sisters, Sue, Nell, Betty, Anne and Sandra.
She is survived by: her son Chris Reid; her daughter-in-law Crystal Reid; her grandchildren, Nolan and Lauren Reid; and her brother Dickey McAlister of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
