He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam E. Chadwick, Jr. and Sara Hall Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Emily Crutchfield Chadwick; his children, Wendolyn C. Chadwick and Mark E. Chadwick (Katrina); and his grandchildren, Madison Chadwick, Alex Chadwick, Mollie Fuller, Will Chadwick and Nicholas Fuller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services - Matthews Chapel (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Matthews, NC 28104).
