He is survived by: his daughter Elaine Segarra; his son-in-law William J. Segarra; his grandson William J. Segarra, Jr.; his granddaughter-in-law Diane Segarra; his brother Jacob William Segarra (Nicholas John Segarra); and his nieces, Phyllis Green and Christine Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
