She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Locklear (Annie Jane Hammonds) and Curt Locklear. She is survived by: her husband Clement Richard Moore; her children, Karen Lloyd (Elliott), Angelina Horowitz (Max) of Roswell, Jasmine Dial (Tuck) of Fort Mill, SC and Landon Moore (Rachel); her grandchildren, Ariana Lloyd, Aaron Lloyd, Soyer Freeman, Laken Horowitz, Nadia Dial, Zoey Dial, Tucker Dial, Abigail Moore, Leighton Moore and Lucas Moore; and her great grandchildren, Tylon, Brayson, Paisley and Malaya. She is also survived by other relatives, friends, and loving caregivers.

From the beginning, she embodied resilience and strength—qualities that carried her through a full and meaningful life, and sustained her through an extended illness with Alzheimer's disease.
