He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Dial Jacobs; his son James Jacobs of Maxton; his grandchildren, Jayla Jacobs, Josiah Jacobs, Janay Jacobs and Kristen Richardson (Tavis); his children, Karlee and Kai of Rocky Mount; his sisters, Angela Jacobs (Joe Marks) of Maxton and Laura Jacobs of Rowland; his stepmother Glenda Jacobs of Maxton; and his niece Linda Locklear (Randy) of Lumberton.
