Locklear (Charles) of Rowland, Mary Ann Haggans of Maxton, Linda Joyce Locklear (Danny) of McColl, SC, Hattie Mae Locklear of Red Springs and Leana Locklear (Lisa) of Maxton; and his close friend Silverio. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, his extended family.
