He was predeceased by: his father Alton Eugene Scott; and his grandparents, Roosevelt, Anna Scott, A. C. and Ida Smiling.
He is survived by: his mother Stella Scott; his children, Cory Scott (Glena) of Lumberton, Conner Scott of Rockingham, Noah Scott of Rockingham and Tressa Pittman (Jarrod) of Rockingham; his sister Natasha Davis (Stanley) of Rowland; and his grandchildren, Adalynn Scott, Braxton Scott, Valeyree Chance and Joscelyn Pittman.
