He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Locklear and Maddie Bell Locklear; his wife Sylvia Ann Clark Locklear; and his siblings, James, Leon, Lacius, Arnold, Jerry, Parnell, Harold, Dock, Jr., John, Girlie Mae, Betsy, Mary Rose, Lois Ann and Teresa.
He is survived by: his sons, Kinston Locklear (Teresa), Jefferey Alton Locklear (Nicole) and Kris Locklear (Ventia Lynn); his daughter-in-law Quanitia Cummings Locklear; his siblings, Winford Locklear, Savannah Clark and Vera; and his grandchildren, Monica Cummings, Christina Cummings, Lloyd Locklear, Faustine Locklear, Quentin Locklear, Jeremiah Locklear, Jefferey Locklear, Jr., James Calvin Locklear and Victoria Locklear. He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; along with a host loving extended family.
