She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Dial Sr. and Maggie Dial of Robeson County; her husband Billy Ray Locklear; her son Eli A. Locklear; her great grandchild Aiden C. M. Caldwell; her siblings, Bernice Reimer, Juanita Wells, Peter Dial Jr., George Dial, Wealthy Russell, Irene Jacobs, Susie Locklear and Mary Bell Jones; and her daughter-in-law Gertrude Locklear.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Radella Morgan; and her sister Mary Bell Bille' of Havelock. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (407 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at the White Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (302 Union Chapel Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372).
