She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Lee Jacobs and Minnie Jacobs; her son Shawn Jacobs; her siblings, Curtis Jacobs Jr., Perry Jacobs, Ronnie Jacobs, Gerald Wayne Jacobs and Marie Jacobs; and her nephew Timothy O'Ryan Jacobs.
She is survived by: her husband Willie Jacobs; her daughter Heather Nicole Strickland (O'Ryan); her stepdaughter Tina Locklear; her siblings, Randy Jacobs, Roy Jacobs of Maxton, Ricky Jacobs of Pembroke, Betty Carol Locklear of Maxton and Glenda Barnes (Cassidy) of Maxton; and her grandchildren, O'Rylon Strickland, O'Brylon Strickland (Baby) and Halona Strickland.
