He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel McMillan and Rebecca Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Goldie Bryant; his children, Tina Locklear (Jonathan) of Red Springs, Nina Locklear of Red Springs, Dana Locklear of Red Springs, Lana Locklear (Nick Key) of Red Springs and Ryan Locklear of Maxton; and his sisters, Mary Bryant of Red Springs and Dora Mae Bullard of Red Springs.
