He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Smiling Spaulding; his son Timothy Ray Spaulding of Maxton; and his siblings, Jerry Porter (Crystal) of Maxton, Benford Porter (Vonda) of Maxton, Woodrow Maynor of Maxton, Pete Maynor (Carol) of Laurel Hill, Glenda Carter (Ronnie) of Maxton, Gladys Bryant (Jake) of Maxton, Diane Maynor of Maxton and Lisa Maynor of Maxton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
