He is survived by: his wife Shirley Goins; his daughter Brenda Bullard; his stepchildren, Johnny Goins (Rita) of Maxton, Tony Goins (Sandra) of Maxton and Eddie Goins (Charlotte) of Maxton; his daughter-in-law Liz Goins; and his stepson Stoney Bullard. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren, and one step great-grandchild.
