She is survived by: her stepson Howard James "Sonnie" Brooks (Ginger); her daughter Carol Chavis; her siblings, Alford Locklear (Brenda) and Reba Sanderson; her grandchildren, Stacey Holden (Perry), Kacie Locklear, Lawrence Cuneo (Veronica) and Angela Cuneo; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Brooks (Kayla) and Travis Brooks (Jennifer). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
