She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russell Reid and Thelma Claudia Vaden Cardwell; her sons, Mich Colby Albert and Marcus Edmond Albert; her brother Ivan Leo Cardwell (Ruthie); and her son-in-law Todd Wilson Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Zane Albert (Steven Blackburn) of Charlotte, N. C., Misti Albert Bell (Derek) of Boca Raton, FL, Pagham West Sussex England and Lisa Albert-Vaughn; her grandchildren, Brandy Barrett, Rusty Albert of Greensboro and Sebastian Bell of Chicago, IL.; her great grandchildren, Jayla Grimes (Lamar Foster), Kayden Grimes of Greensboro and Levi Albert of Madison; and her great great grandchild Kingston Foster of Greensboro.
