He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Jesse Riggs and Hazel Marie Jenkins Riggs; and his sister Diane Hargrove (Elizabeth Riggs). He is survived by : his siblings, Samuel James Riggs of Maysville, Annie Meadows (Milton) of Maysville, Mary Lowery of Maysville, Judy Futrelle (Wade) of Maysville and Jessie Marie Deglau (James) of Maysville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
