He was predeceased by: his parents, Lum Easter and Love Easter; his great grandchild Alexandria Lovett; and his siblings, Gene Easter and Sue Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Annette Easter, Gray Easter (Patricia) and Chris Easter (Cindy); his grandchildren, Noel (Charlie), Nicole, Carolina and Levi; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Aliyah, Holden, Ayden, Miranda and Maci; and his family, Tim Eckloff, Bob, Tonya Gould, Sue Finn, Alberta and Josh Potter.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (1500 N Main St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Maranatha Baptist Church (12027 NC-55, Grantsboro, NC 28509).
