He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lee Cottle and Sandra Lee Currie Cottle. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Trevathan Cottle; his children, Clarence Ray Cottle Jr. (Rachel), Morgan Cottle Carroll (Gray) and Cameron Ray Cottle (Payton Henry); his sister Stephanie Cottle Gauthreaux (Donny); his niece Haleigh Gauthreaux; and his grandchildren, Crew Cottle, Delaney Blevins, Carson Cottle and Caroline Cottle.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Triune Holiness Church (117 Smith Ln, Maysville, NC 28555). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Gethsemane Memorial Park (700 NC-24, Newport, NC 28570).
