She is survived by: her stepdaughter Victoria Purvis (Preston) of New Bern, NC; her siblings, Joyce Meadows of Belgrade, NC, Vera Revels of St Marys, GA, Melvin Meadows of Jacksonville, NC, Michael Meadows of Columbus, GA, Ivery Meadows (Angela) of Clayton, NC, Curtis Meadows (Amie) of Jacksonville, NC and Isreal Meadows (Laurie) of Wake Forest, NC; her uncle William Hatchell (Matilda) of Stockbridge, GA; her aunt Della Meadows of Brooklyn, NY; her daughters, Shanice Mattocks of Pollocksville, NC and Ki'errah Meadows of Jacksonville, NC; her nieces, Deirdra Meadows of Jacksonville, NC and Kitara Meadows of Belgrade, NC; her cousin Mary Roberts; and her nephews, Xyshaun Meadows of Belgrade, NC, Zamar, Zairre, Zayden Mitchell and Zakari Meadows of Jacksonville, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
