It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwain Johnson of Maysville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dwain Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin "Dee" Johnson and Ruth Frances Banks Johnson; and his pets, Max, Speckles and Lacey.

He is survived by : his children, Shawna Johnson Henderson (Chris) of Raleigh and Colton Dwain Johnson (Alexandra) of Canton; and his sisters, Cathie Johnson Foster (Steve) of Gibsonville, Sherri Johnson Miller (Chuck) of Jacksonville and Layla.
