He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Carolyn Smith (Trustee Ulis) of Bronx, Ernest Chapman, Jr., Maurice Chapman of Dover, Eldress Phyllis Williams, Bryon Chapman (Gail) of Jacksonville, Florida and Thirteen; and his grandchild Twenty. He was also cherished by Twenty-one Great-Grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
