He is survived by: his wife Cindy Loftus; his daughter Alysa Ramirez (Rogelio) of Jacksonville; his stepson Stephen Evans of Jacksonville; his brother James "Buddy" Loftus (Elizabeth) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Liam Evans and Isabella Ramirez.
