She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Waters and Corinne Waters; her husband Dallas; her son Terry Collins; her grandson Brook Collins; and her siblings, Owen, Ronald, Edythe "Judy" and Robert "Bobby" Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Pam) and Connie of Peletier; her grandchildren, Cassidy Collins of Apex and Tyler Sowers (Mary Beth) of Cary; and her great grandchild Henry Dallas Sowers.
