She is survived by: her husband Charles Surplis (Donnie); her sisters, Charlotte (Mark Meyerer) and Cheryl (Timothy Sutton); her half-brother Colby Dodge; her nieces, Amanda Hedrick and Kaitlyn Griffin; her great-nephew Grayson Hedrick; her aunts and uncles, Lavera (Mark Reid), Robert (Evelyn Dodge), Keith (Joyce Kroneberger) and Diane Wood; her sister-in-law Penny Duarte; her close friend Leslie Omalley; and her friend Shannon Jacobs. She is also survived by cousins, in-laws, and many friends.
