He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Caroline Stone Stevens and Col Garth Stevens; his wife Carla Reynolds Stevens; his sons, Michael Garth (Melissa Veneracion) and Bill Stevens; and his siblings, Catherine Stevens Pruett (Sam) and Dr. Garth Stevens.
