He was predeceased by: his father Windle C. Douglas. He is survived by: his granddaughter Desseray Myers; his wife Karen Douglas; his mother Wannah Mary Douglas; his daughter Charity Collins (Richard); his grandchildren, Brooke Murphy, Dakota and Randy Murphy; and his sisters, Deborah Kirincich (Joe), Pam Holland (Charles) and Cindy Kirkland (Steve). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests live trees that will be planted in a series of peaceful places of remembrance for this man loved so much.
