He was predeceased by: his parents, Solie Clifford and Letha Arsula Church Winebarger. He is survived by: his wife Margo Winebarger; his pet Annie; his sister Patty Wingler (Dwane) of Millers Creek; his nephews, Jeffery Wingler (Nikki) of Millers Creek and Josh Wingler (Miranda) of Ashe County; his great-nephew Hunter Wingler of Ashe County; his mother-in-law Faye Shepherd of McGrady; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Arnett of Lenoir.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Service (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Chapel (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
