He is survived by: his wife Nancy Maness Perkins; his son Todd Perkins (Marsha); his grandsons, Logan Perkins (Tiffany) and Carson Perkins; and his siblings, Kim Teeters (Johnny), Nancy Swanson (Dan), Heidi Perkins and Julian Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Presbyterian Church (300 Knox Rd, McLeansville, NC 27301).
