He is survived by: his wife Amber; his children, Lorie, Nick, Clemarie and Mark; his grandson Andrew; and his siblings, Kim Madsen (Bent), Wendy Gilliatt (Scott) and Kelly Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
