She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Rickman and Ruby Breedlove Moriarty; and her brothers, Fred Rickman and Pete Rickman. She is survived by : her husband Raymond "Rudy" S. Starr; her children, Terri Starr, Quint Starr (Kim), Jay Starr (Jeannie) and Shannon Lewis (Donnie); her grandchildren, Whitney Follis (Eric), Chase Starr (Megan), Chase Lewis, Wyatt Starr and Zane Starr; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tucker and Lily; her stepmother Velma Rickman; and her brother Chuck Joyce.
