He is survived by: his wife Virginia Justice; his daughter Katherine Justice Rich; his son-in-law Stephen Rich; his stepdaughters, Glenna Sixkiller and Zandra Kramer (Chip Kramer); and his grandchildren, Charles Kramer and Lauren Cummings. He is also survived by extended family, church family, friends.
As his father battled Alzheimer's away from the family home, Doug helped care for his mother and their farm while continuing his education.
