He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sr. Johns and Evelyn Johns. He is survived by: his wife Lloydene Johns (Mast); his sister Evelyn Hasse; his son Dr. Brian Johns; his daughter-in-law Dr. Haifa Shahin-Johns; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Johns and Mackenzie Johns.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mebane Presbyterian Church (402 S Fifth St, Mebane, NC 27302).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Alfred's name to the Mebane Presbyterian Church, Mebane, NC 27302.
