It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita Lynette Cousin of Mebane, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Torain and Ava Jean Tate Torain. She is survived by : her children, Micheal Torain (Nancy), Johnny and Lateshia Torain of Mebane, Benita; her cousins, Graham and Keiosha; and her sisters, Kim Torain of Mebane, Sherry Torain of Mebane, Lavonda Torain of Mebane and Pamela Torian of Mebane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location. Due to COVID-19 FACE MASK are advised for Services.
