She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Paschall. She is survived by: her father Ray Powell; her husband Jeff Stephens; her daughters, Ashley Blake (Travis) and Melissa Stephens; her stepmother Elaine; her siblings, Dennis Powell and Diane Powell; and her granddaughter Birdie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD).
