She is survived by: her daughter Trudie C. Neal (Johnny) of Mebane; her grandchildren, Jared Neal, Leah Crutchfield, Kari Neal and Eli Crutchfield; and her sisters, Shirley Fuller and Carolyn Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with several great nieces and nephews.
