He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy McKinley Mann and Pearl Cornelia Isley Mann; his siblings, Charles, Clinton, Bill, Marie, Nell and Margaret; and his aunt Elia Isley Moser.
He is survived by: his son Greg (Rebecca) of Prescott; his grandchildren, Lindsay Anderson (David) and Dayna Portillo (Kevin) of San Diego; his son Philip (Laurie) of Haw River; his grandchild Courtney; his great grandchild Emma Anderson; and his siblings, Sara Sizemore and Ferald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
