He was predeceased by: his spouse Edeltraud "Trudy" Jacklitsch Krippl; and his parents, Josef Krippl and Franziska Krippl. He is survived by: his siblings, Franziska of Mebane, Josef, Alois, Wolfgang, Maria Schindlbeck, Michael, Stephan and Elisabeth Jung.
